Daily Pleasing brings together products from different brands. Our brand partners prepare and ship the items you order, and shipping details may vary by product.
Order Processing
Many of our brand partners prepare orders for shipment within 1–3 business days. Some products take longer. Processing time is the time needed to prepare an item before it ships; it does not include delivery time.
If a product has a longer stated processing time, its product page or checkout information will provide the details available to us.
Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times begin after an item ships and may vary by destination, carrier, and product. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Items from different brands may ship separately and arrive on different days, even when purchased in one order. You may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to destinations available at checkout. If shipping is unavailable for an item at your address, you will be notified during checkout.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. If we learn that an item cannot ship within the timeframe provided, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@dailypleasing.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but address changes may not be possible after an item has been processed or shipped.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package is missing, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, email hello@dailypleasing.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos so we can help resolve the issue.
